Maybe this is more like an adoption..

Maybe she already is his caregiver and this is his way of rewarding her, by making her his heir. I'll bet his kids are thrilled...NOT!

BTW, he had divorced his first wife in the 70s and hadn't married again until now.

Did they have a pre-nup? You know, when I got married I'd never heard of a pre-nup. Did they even exist back in the 80's?
