Smirk Warmer Weather.....Diet Time.

Okay, since we barely had a Winter and Spring seems to be getting shoved out of the way by Summer.......it's time to shed some of the winter weight and try (at least) to lose a few pounds.

Anybody else trying to slim down? Seems I'm always trying to............but I'd love it if I could lose 15-20 pounds.

Usually when the warmer weather hits I'm all psyched up to eat lighter and leaner. Don't feel that way so much this year.

Maybe it's because I can't buy fresh produce as often as I'd like to. Not trying to make excuses but it's hard to eat fresh when you can only go to the grocery once a month!

Any suggestions?
