Default I'm Officially OTH now....

I know this isn't MS so it must be age. This morning I could feel the bones in my chest creaking as I stood up and then bent down.

I've heard old peeps say that their bones are creaking, but never felt it till now. I guess that makes it official..

Anyone else wanna join me for some wine and oil?

Sally, my bones creak, too. And I'm 51. I just use the noise they make to test how good my hearing is that day!!

Default I don't think it's age

I'm in my 30's and my bones creak too. I remember my bones cracking and creaking for a long time. I don't think it can automatically be attributed to age. Sometimes when I yawn or stretch I hear cracking and creaking. My dog does it too and she's not even 2 yet.

Aw! I think many of us are like that at all different ages. My ankles have been crackling since I was in my early 20's. All I have to do is just rotate my ankles to get that popping crackling sound.
