OMG you spoke exactly what is on my mind. Lately I cant seem to read a page without having to read it 10 times. I cant form a thought that makes sense, and I just seem ....blunted...that is a great word. Blunted. Im frustrated because I sound stupid, and the more I try to correct it, the worse it gets. The more this disease marches on, the quieter I get.

Lol, sounds like me and DH. He is more quiet and sadly I haven't found my "shut up switch". He is patient for the most part but I can tell it wears on his nerves sometimes especially when he asks me how much coffee I had.
