Default Yogurt poll

I'm testing my theory on yogurt! I hope I get enough responses to see if I'm right or wrong!! Feel free to add comments.

Wink

We've eaten yogurt for over 20 yrs.

However, Kefir is far superior. It has 12 strains (Lifeway) whereas commercial yogurts only have 3-6. This has settled my endlessly upset stomach and also improved my postmenopausal female parts. It is a win win IMO.

We also have switched for now to Chobani, because it is very dense and heavy, and sits in the stomach a long time giving satiety response, that thinner yogurts do not.

I love yoplait and Dannon. If the Dannon greek ever goes on sale I'll give it a try. The Chobani greek was better than I expected. I eat yogurt quite frequently.

On the East coast, I eat Stoneyfield Lofat peach or FF strawberry, fruit on the bottom.

At my Mom's- it is hard but not impossible to get (food co-op). When we get there, she usually has Dannon or Giant Eagle brand waiting for us- too sweet, too thin. Can't eat it.

I love the yogurt w cucumbers in Indian Restaurants. Not sweet at all but so good.

At first I saw "yogurt PULL" and thought, that would be messy..

I can take it or leave it, but lately I'm liking it a lot. Schwans has a new thaw and eat yogart, which is delish, in vanilla and strawberry. And it's good for me too...another win win!

I was eating Yoplait but I discovered the Walmart brand. My daughter loves all of the Yoplait varities but her favorite is the red velvet cheesecake. She will buy out the store when she can find it because she can rarely find it.

My cats like to have a little taste of the Stoneyfield Strawberry. When I'm finished I let them lick the spoon.
