Default What to buy from Best Buy?

As you all know we recently got a new TV from Best Buy. Then a Directv salesman caught us as we were going out the door and convinced us that we needed to switch. By switching we got a $150 gift card from Best Buy. It came today and now we need to spend it! I am a person that likes gadgets. We have a GPS, it's probably 5 or 6 years old and you can't get updates on it but I hate to buy a new one when I have one that is perfectly fine. I would really like whatever device you plug into your laptop to give you wifi when it isn't available, like when driving. I know that if you buy the cheapest one you have to pay for the minutes or data but that would be OK. I would also need a charger for the car. I also need things like a car charger for my smart phone. But these are all things for me. If it were up to my husband I think he would choose $150 worth of DVDS. But we are still back in the VCR age and that's what we watch at home! I can't remember the last time we rented a DVD. He also looks at portable DVD players but that would be for our grandkids when we travel and they already have one. If we ever take that amtrak train trip it would come in handy. Or we could just split it but that wouldn't let me buy what I want except my chargers. What to do!

You can switch ALL your VHS movies into DVD ones! so, its a $49 item, and you will have to buy the DVDs. There ya go! you both win. I bet he would make you transfer them. lol

you can then watch your DVDs on your computer or store them on your computer and watch them away from home without lugging a box of VHS tapes. They also wont degrade like VHS.

Happy Shopping!

I thik I have decided one of the things I will buy. But It may be cheaper at somewhere else. I need one of those laptop stands that you put ion your lap to keep it and your lap cool. My lap gets quite warm and as soon as my cat sees me turn it off and set it aside she hops up so my lap never cools off. Maybe it can burn some of the fat off!
