I like their Summer temps, too, Sally but I know what their Winters are like and I just can't do that!

Sally move over and share the pillow because I am moving in too! Hope Blessing doesn't mind (if she does she could always stay at my house till we leave)

It is midnight pm and dropped down to 95 degrees. My heat pump (think central air) is doing all it can to keep up with this heat & humidity.

Going outside to pick up the newspaper makes you feel like you could self-combust on the spot.

The other day:

Jul 6 3:51 PM Scattered clouds. Extremely hot. Scattered clouds. Extremely hot. 103 °F nwIndiana.

Sprinklers were on low, and my yard was full of birds/squirrels...they actually just sat on the sidewalk letting the water fall on them! It's been pretty bad. Now, the cold has moved in and we are in the low 80's but so humid.

It's 80 degrees outside.

I just went outside barefoot, and didnt get 3rd degree burns on the bottoms of my feet. I could also breathe without feeling like my lungs were being set on fire, and also the humidity is finally to a point where you dont start to drown because the water content of the air is so heavy that everything is dripping.

We had a record high of 102 yesterday. Its cooled off to a mere 91 today. We laugh, but I do notice the difference. Of course the @#$% humidity will set in now with the rain coming.

High 80s this week...woohoo!!
