Default Occipital nerve injection

Had it this morning, 2 on each side. She said my headache might even be worse after because of the amount of fluid injected into such a tiny area. And she is right. After that appointment we went to nursing home to take some dinner to MIL and then a relaxing walk by the river since it wan't time to get to my next appointment and wouldn't make sense to go home. Insurance says I have to see my sleep apnea doctor every two years whether I need it or not in order to be able to get any equipment replaced. Soo I am a tired cookie right now.

I had an cat scan and apparently I have a brain! And no structural defects. I am much better tonight but I am wondering how it will feel in the morning after not moving during the night. But I know now all it takes is just to move it!

So glad you're feeling better, D. I can only imagine the pain of having injections into the optic nerves.

I have severe dry eyes and I had my tear ducts cauterized, after having plugs that kept coming out. The two shots to numb my lower lids hurt like hel*, which I was warned about, but it was still a shocking pain.

Mair, these were not in the optic nerve. These were occipital nerves at the back of my head right at the base of my skull.

I am much better now. I am not taking the 5th Aleve during the day and pretty soon see if I can cut another one out.
