Of course 'exercise' with disability is relative and needs to be modified accordingly. Including my own.

So true Missj, thanks for the article.

With MS, it hurts when I do my exercises and stretches, but I do them every day to keep my strength up and stay as active as this dam disease and age allows.

I wish I could jump up at a moment's notice and go go go wherever and whenever, but alas, it takes much effort just to stand and then going anywhere is still so difficult.

So even though I agree with the upbeat possitive attitude of this article, I still resent being told that my not being more active is all in my negative mind and I could do it, if I only tried..Grrrrrrr!!
