Default Poked myself in the eye

Around June 14 I poked myself in the eye pretty good. Don't ask me how because it is just plain stupid how I did it.
It watered a lot and was a bit sore but seemed okay the next few days.
Then all of a sudden it started turning red and began being really light sensitive.
I went to a walk in clinic and the guy looked in my eye with one off those machines like the optometrist have. He even put dye in my eye. Charged me $100 and off I went with a diagnosis of irritated sclera. Gave me some antibiotic drops.

My eye cleared up and I went about my business.

Well a couple days ago I opted to go to a new optometrist because my eye just didn't feel normal. Not bad....but not normal. Thought I'd do a follow-up and get another opinion just for peace of mind.

The new guy asked me if I had had Lasik corrective surgery. "Why yes" I said. "About 12 years ago, why?". He told me I lifted the flap that they cut during the lasik procedure The flap is the part they cut with the laser. My Laskik was done so well eye docs couldn't see any marks on my cornea. Now all these years later I compromised it!
Now I have to see a cornea specialist. I think I will be okay, but cross your fingers for me that don't want to lift that flap and scrape under it so it will not grow scar tissue. AGHHHHHH!!!!!! The whole idea makes me ill.
