Default ? to those who can use a search engine better than me

I have a lot of muscle aches. Not unless you press on them unless I am sitting and my right thigh has hurt for years. No amount of tests has diagnosed it. I was drinking some water tog=night and it has a bad smell to it. Could these two be related? I can't find an answer on the searches I find. I have thought of fibromyalgia but i don't think I have enough of the pressure points to qualify for that
