I ordered my Avonex and after placing the order they checked the pharmacy on price to give me my co-pay and it was huge! She inquired further and the pharmacy said that it was $15,000!!!!!!!. She had them check twice. So I called my insurance and they said it was the pharmacy that sets the price and they have nothing to do with it. So I called Biogen and the person there was shocked also. She was very nice, even offered to send me at no charge 2 doses to hold me over until I got things straightened out. So I called Curascript back and told thaem that Biogen says the price is way off I got a different customer service rep. When she looked into it she saw that the pharmacy had scanned the box 4 times thinking that was 4 doses. So the price was once again my usual co-pay and my B/P went back down. i think I have some more grey hair

I think we would all agree $15,000 for 16 syringes is a lot too.
