I thought I had all this resolved. I don't think I have any kind of sinus problems right now. I don't want another cortisone injection. Could a person have a really big headache from any kind of food withdrawal? I don't drink caffeine at all, well I may have a rare unsweetened tea. I mainly have drastically reduced my carbs. But neither Aleve or Tylenol is helping this headache

Well it took some Baclofen and Ambien to get me to sleep and the sleep was very interrupted but I woke up feeling good today. I just wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that with me trying hard to watch my calories and carbs I was a little low on them yesterday.

I think it might have been the long run-up to the election, Doydie. It certainly gave me a headache!

The MS Focus Fall 2012 issue had an article about MS and migraines. I looked for it online but couldn't find it. Do you get this publication?

Kitty I don't get that magazine but I don't think they are migraines.

Glad the sleep helped. Did you eat anything that day that you usually don't?
Some foods can cause a headache if you are sensitive to them, though usually they cause a migraine. Hope that was an isolated incident for you. Sam |
