In Remembrance
|
Today I, sadly, told my DD, who has been taking care of my "Pal",
for a few years now, that she has my permission to end his suffering. Before this last visit, I thought he seemed like a still, pretty happy, relatively alert and content old Dog! After seeing him last Saturday and talking to my DGD, I see that he is no longer that doggy and no longer happy.  I don't know when she will do this, I'll leave that to her judgement and feelings, but I knew she wouldn't do it without my OK.
