Default Cake's tooth and drama

Hello,

My six year old daughter has a tooth growing slightly behind her baby tooth. She went to the dentist yesterday, for her 6 month checkup, and he said, "This tooth will have to come out because it's making her permanent tooth come in crooked. I can pull it out now or do you think she can do it?" My wife said, "She can do it herself." The dentist sent her home with a mild topical anesthetic to deaden the pain if she had any. She went into my bathroom with my wife and I heard a thud then my wife calling out to me in fear. Our daughter had fainted and fell strait down on her face and had a huge knot on her forehead. I started wondering what happened to her. The best I can figure was my daughter being very concerned about pulling the tooth with it not as loose as her 5 other teeth she worked loose enough before pulling them out cause her a lot of concern. While she was worried about pulling her tooth out she held her breath, told my wife, "I don't feel good." and passed out. She told us later, "I couldn't feel my legs" and she was likely holding her breath with all the stress. It was the scariest thing my wife has ever faced she said. Poor Hayley.
