Thumbs up

That is great for you. I was at my neuro's this week, first time I have been on a scale for awhile. Since I went on a diet a few months back, I have lost about 40 pounds. Hope to keep losing, but during the Christmas season and girl scout cookie season I just can resist those temptations.

Down a pound since last week. That's 36 since July 1. Yesterday was my appointment with my PCP, and the nurse pointed out that I am actually down 42 pounds since my appointment a little over a year ago. Maybe I should count this six pounds, too! Ha ha.

So where is Keely these days? She hasn't posted for several days. Hope she's doing okay.

Pleasantly surprised to see I've lost 1 pound! That is from eating less and exercising more, one of the ways I'm Marching Into A New Me. The current exercise regimen is hunting for deer antler sheds. I'm spending at least an hour almost every day slogging through deep snow up and down hills in the woods. Having found any yet.

I don't have a scale so I can't do a weekly check in. I have to go by how my clothes fit and feel. Anyhow, I just wanted to say you all are doing so well with your weight loss so far. Congrats!

Sorry guys, I was on vacation with just my hubby last week! But I lost a pound!! I did NOT eat well though, and I forgot to take my measurements on Saturday when I got home. So I'm finally back down to 189, now to keep going!

I was really, really bad last night. I couldn't go to sleep so I took an Ambien. Still coulnd't go to sleep after 2 more hours so I sat up and read and decided I needed some caffiene to get through the day. So I had about 1 1/2 bags of Cadburys mini eggs in my drawer and I got them out and ate them all It made my B/P go up, I felt heart palpitations, plus what my emotions were doing to me. I felt so bloated that I didn't enjoy my new outfit that I was going to show my sister when we went out to eat to today for my birthday. Plus yesterday was the day my Mom died 2 years ago. I was bummed and I'm still bummed.

It was a one time thing. Don't let it get you off track. Everybody needs a splurge now and then. You have done great so far and this was just a mild bump in the road. Don't buy anymore chocolate though!! I talk from experience!!
