Well I got it out today and started blowing it up. My husband, bless his heart sometimes, decided to get his electric pump out and get it done quicker. Heck, I was burning calories pumping that ting by hand. It comes with this band that you are supposed to use to determine if it is filled enough. Well he just couldn't believe that the ball could or needed to be filled up that tight. So he filled it up to where he thought it needed to be. So I used it tonight like Jo*mar suggested, using it as a footrest and rolling it back and forth. I also sat straight, help the ball out in front of me and then lifted it above my head. I did several reps of 10 of that. So then I decided it was time to actually sit on the ball and try some other tings. Well I hate to tell my hubby but he better get that pump back out again. I ill have to show him how by sitting on it it just doens't work.
