It was sad to see Valerie leave, but I didn't expect her to remain very long. At this time I am unable to watch TV, except over the computer the next day after the show was air. This week we had a lectureship at our church started Saturday and ended Wednesday nite. So I need you to cheer for me.

Yes, it was sad to see her leave. She was such an inspiration. Sometimes I wonder what kind of a lasting impression these stars like her leave on the professionals. I think hers was genuinely moved by his time with her. It is also amazing how they look during the week and then how a wonderful make up job can completely change their looks!!!

Felt so sorry for the NFL guys on Sundays Amazing race. Poor guys, they never got out of an airport. And then for Phil to meet them as soon as they finally land at destination they knew they were going to have to turn right around. and to think they had come in 1st on the last week.

I loved tonight's episode of DWTS. It was all about inspiring moments in their lives. So many of them surrounded around families. Plus some beautiful dancing. What a heart break of an elimination though.

This will be the first Wednesday night that I will not watch Survivor live. Well it's not live but you know what I mean. We will be heading into Louisville about then to drop the grandkids off at their other Grandma's to watch them the remainder of their Fall Break. They get a full week! Good for the kids but bad for parents who have to get child care.

i don't watch the other shows so can't comment.
but, on survivor i'd have a suggestion for the producers. besides knowing what survivor show the guys/gals were on i'd like to know what they do.

i was surprised to find out that brad, who was just sent to the "island" is a lawyer. sort of didn't peg him for that. i just think as a viewer it makes it more interesting to know the players better.

What did you all think about the tribal council last night on Survivor. I was shocked. I guess I didn't realize they had that rule. So the two people that they had voted for and were deadlocked in didn't even leave. It was the other tribe members who were deadlocked who were 'punished' for being deadlocked and one of them left.
