Laugh Nutrition Questions

Hello again--

My doctors haven't recommended any specific dietary changes persay, but is there anything you might recommend for someone with neuro symptoms (MS or otherwise)?

I'm not looking for huge changes, but maybe there are some things I should eat more of or less of and if it helps me feel a bit better, I'm totally down for trying something new.
