Yeah, I'm leaning toward going back to sugar. One scant tablespoon a day...can't see any real problem there. Because I like the different taste, I might get Sugar in the Raw packets. It has a molasses-y flavor.

If I were to go fully without sugar, I'd question you guys further and do some research. Thanks, everyone!

Don't forget about the "hidden sugar" in processed food. If you eat anything processed you better read all the labels carefully. I'm really trying to not eat processed food but it's very hard......especially when you can't go to the grocery store several times a week. :rolleyes:

Good point Kitty,

Anything ending in "ose" is a sugar.
So are "syrups"

They add sugar to all sorts of things these days...including soups and processed meat.
