Default Happy Day After Day After Christmas

Happy day after day after Christmas..

I survived and seem okie dokie, after all the crazyness
and I have some great memories to savor.. I must say,
though, I am so happy to be back to normal, every day living.

MS is hard enough to deal, without all of the extra work, stress,
loneliness and gayity, of the season.. I'm sorry for those of you/us,
who have a hard time, for private reasons, dealing with it.

It's over and we are all still here for each other, while most of our Fam
& Friends have gone home and back to their every day lives.

AAARRRGGGHHH! Having fun is exhausting! Both kids home from college for Winter Break, DH home on vacation time, two dogs barking, kid's friends in and out, DS says old cat peed on his pile of clean laundry. I miss my quiet routine and relatively stress-free life. The noise makes my head spin, enough already. My birthday, then kids' birthday coming, New Year's Eve, a friend coming for a long weekend on 3rd.

I am really worried about how I will handle all the noise and stress next weekend. I know how I unwell I handled Thanksgiving weekend and it was only 12 people. Christmas will be 25, 4 of them 3 and under. I know my own children will be wondering how long to stay because it was when it was just them that I really cracked. But I don't want them to cut their stay any at all, yet I want to know that when they leave I won't have any bad memories. My oldest daughter will be here one or two days before we celebrate vs the 2 days after at Thanksgiving which will make a big difference. If they leave on Sunday to go back home my husband will take them and I will stay home and I will stay home and relax.
