Anyway, with an extra minute and a whim, I visited my favorite spoiler site today so for those of you who care and want to know, highlight the text below with your mouse/cursor. If you want to wait for the show to find out who the noms are, ignore this and skip, skip, skip to the next post! :D

Adam put Sheila and Sharon on the block.

OH BG!! I've missed your spoilers! Thanks alot for that one, I was worried about my fave. So, did you miss the episode that ED visited? That was good. :D

Today I got caught up on all my reality shows. My Mom is 83, a Southern Baptist preachers wife and addicted to American Idol!!!!! I know that if Dad were alive today that she would not be watching it!!! She is so funny. But she won't admit to anyone that she watches it. So she couldn't talk to me about it until I watched it today. So she had all this stuff pent up inside about Ramielle, Michael Jahn, David A and C and Jason. So today we were finally able to discuss the show. She is so funny.

I also watched TBL. The show is going to be very interesting next week when they don't have their trainers. But they won't have them at home. They have a brief description on their website about next weeks episode. America will vote on which one of the two people below the yellow line is able to be in the finale to compete for the $250 thou. The other person will be competing with all the other voted off contestants I guess. I think it is actually looking favorable for a female to win!

I did see it but honestly, I've kind of been half-watching. Highlight below if you want to see who won the veto -- the ceremony takes place today.

Ryan

Thanks BG! Do you think they will back door anyone?

I'm afraid for James.

Thanks so much BJ; I have missed the spoilers too. Great to know what's going on!

Seems like all the reality shows I like are on at the same time so I record one and watch one flipping back and forth and still miss parts everyone is talking about the next day!!

I don't know because I really haven't stayed tuned to the boards or to Showtime. I'm still wading through papers trying to uncover some things I need for my taxes so maybe I'l turn it on tonight. Here's one more veto spoiler (highlight only if you want to know) before I shut down here.

Looks like Ryan took Sheila off -- James and Sharon are now on the block.

Two shows I don't think we have talked about were on tonight, both on ABC. The Big Give, big tear jerker and Here comes the newlyweds. Both of them have been good shows, well for reality shows.

The big give is down to the last three, I don't know if they will finish with only two or three contestants. It's amazing how some people can get others to open up their check bools. I may want to but I can't.

Here come the newlyweds finished tonight. it was a good concept. I don't know who the host was, figure he was some stand up comedian who was out of a job. But they put the couples through challenges each week to see how they knew each other. And for each correct answer anyone gave, the amount of the cash winnings was increased. Original winnings was $250,000 and the end total was $465,000. Like most other reality shows, it ended up the people that you voted off were the ones that voted for the winner. In tonights episode, the last two couples went through 3 different challenges and the winner of each got an envelope that they couldn't open until the actual voting.

So it happens that the envelopes contained a blank card that the owner of the envelope could write down a previous contestants name and that contestants vote would not be counted. So the couple that had won all these envelopes gave the cards back all blank saying that they trusted the votes as they were. if they were voted off, then so be it. But they ended up being the winners. It was kind of neat how they could have really changed the vote but left it alone.

Oh, I also watched the excibition skate at the figure skating world champoinships.

Thanks BG! I was afraid my fave would get back doored. I really am starting to like Adam more. His nomination speech was the best I have heard. And, he's got a good heart. So, if James can't win, I'm rooting for Adam. I don't like Ryan. He's sneaky!

Blondi 04-07-2008 11:21 AM

Adam is a hoot! I'm rooting for him. We had company drop by while BB was on last night (how dare they!) so we missed a lot, but laughed hysterically over all the crying. I have never seen so many men cry before. We're going to watch it again tonight to make sure we didn't miss anything important.
