Default Funny what you find in your Avonex box.

I had gotten a statement from my insurance company saying how much my 1 month heart monitor was, $4500, and saying that they needed additional documentation form the doctor before paying anything. Well, I misplaced it. The one good thing about misplacing things is that you clean. Could not find that thing to save my soul. So last night I got my Avonex box out to get an injection and what is in there???? My insurance statement. How do things get where they get?????? Now Monday I have to call her office and see what can be done about getting this thing at least partially paid for.
