It's almost "Peep" time again. I like to leave them out and let them get a little stale. Then they're crunchy!

Peeps are my favorite Easter treat, especially roasted over a fire brûlée marshmallows sooooo good as a s'more and small wonder I'm not a diabetic lol. Though they're a little tricky to keep the shape if you don't roast them very slowly

That's it ! Roast them over the fire.....I love to roast marshmallows ! That's the way I can probably eat them.....but then again I can just buy marshmallows....

Yeah but if you do just plain marshmallows you miss out on the wonderful brûlée on the outside giving you that crisp carmelly mallow filled roasted peep taste
