Default Re-introducing Myself

Thought I might re-introduce myself. I haven't been on this forum in a very long time. I don't know how many people come on anymore. I was a friend of SallyC's and still miss her.

I have had MS for probably 45 years or longer. I got a very late diagnosis, but I have been on a DMD for the past 20 years. I was on Avonex for a year, then Copaxone for six months and have now been on Rebif since it was introduced into the U.S. in 2002. I can't say that I have not progressed, but overall I am doing fair. I live alone, take care of myself, drive to appointments and do my grocery shopping. I hope I continue to do these things because that will keep me independent.

Best wishes to anyone who might stop by,
Virginia

Hi, Virginia!

How nice to see you here! Sally is much missed.

There are nice smilies here, I think.

You're probably smart to have picked a DMD and stayed with it.
