Sally how are you today?

Does the ankle feel any better?

The weather is really crazy here. Yesterday it was in the high
80's. Woke up this morning and it was 52 outside. I remember reaching
for my quilt last night.
Today it is in the high 70's

This change of weather I believe is what is causing some of my
problems to bother me more.

Hoping it is a better day for you.

Hi Joyce, still having some discomfort and trrouble sleeping at night, but I just took a 5 hr power nap, so I feel better...Thanks..

I seem to sleep better in the daytime than at night..Hmmmmm.
