Tongue Our tax dollars hard at work. Go SS!

So, a few months ago Jim gets a letter from SS asking about his condition. I slave over the stupid thing scrambling to find dates, etc. I even had to call the doc about something.

The questionniare asked the question of the day "Has your condition improved in the past three years?" Ummm, how the heck do you answer that? OK, he can't walk, is confined to a wheelchair, has good and bad days, but yeah, sure...he's improved in the past three years!

Anyway, we get a letter in the mail today and I swear to you it said "We sent you a letter asking about your current condition. We do not need that information and will not be reviewing your case at this time. We will keep your answers for future use."

Yep, a waist of paper, money and time. No wonder SS is going broke.

So, all that trouble for nothing. I guess they were waiting to see if we would fill it out?
