Thank you, Marcia. I've had a number of miscarriages already in the past 12 months. We were looking to adopt internationally, but were just told that my MS is going to present a problem. I work in a LARGE OB office as a midwife, and we occcasionally get no-name babies (babies who are being placed for adoption). But, again, I believe the MS is going to present a problem for a prospective biologic mother. Perhaps foster parenting. We'll see. All hope is not lost as of now.

Yes, we try and stick with the SWANK diet, and although they allow meat, Michael and I were never big meat eaters, so we stick with fish, beans, and vegetables. It's become a way of life for us now.
