Wink who has got a DVD from SS?

I had a nice long talk with one of the SS nurses the otherday.
She was telling some tips on how to tame my site reactions. I have almost been on copaxone for a year now,and Im still having site reactions. She tought it might be the way im useing the autoinject. She told me to use heat five minutesf before giving the shot, and cold pack for 2 minutes afterwards. So far it has been great. she also told me not to put my arms aginst my knees to give my arm shots. Which Ive been doing cause the nurse that came to my house at first told me to do this..
She put in an order for 2 hot/cold packs which I already have 2 from SS. In the same box there was a DVD from MSAF about yaga. I watched it with My daughter. And so this morning first thing I did some yoga. LOL. I only make it trough about 15 minutes, then I stopped cause I was starting to get tired.
has anyone else got this DVD from SS?
