Default Good news for me at last!

I saw my plastic surgeon today, and am pleased to report that she's sure she got all of the cancer from my nose. Clear margins!! Yay!! Apart from 6 monthly checkups, I shouldn't need any further treatment.

My new nose looks OK, a bit square on the end, but she said the suture line and the square end should look normalish within a few months. She also said she had to remove the whole end of my nose because the cancer was very deep, so considering all, I'm rather pleased with the end results.

To know it's all gone, is the best news I've heard in quite a while. I think I've been through quite enough in this past 12 months.! It's time things started looking up for me.

Ta Daaa! Here's the new nose.......and no, I'm not jaundiced....the yellow colouring is the tail end of my facial bruises.

A nose with no cancer is a beautiful nose indeed and your nose is lovely !!!

Hopefully it will heal quickly but it looks amazingly good IMHO.

I truly hope that this is the beginning of a very good year for you !!!
