Default Psychcentral

Hey all, I just wanted to mention to you that NT is just a fraction of DocJohn's amazing system. I want to encourage everyone to visit his homepage of Psychcentral where there is a bunch of interesting stuff to view, some fun mental health quizzes, articles about the human condition, and an available emailed newsletter.

I enjoy the newsletter very much, it opens my eyes and mind to a lot of things that have simply never occurred to me.

Check it out!

I found it too! Lots of SAFE places to talk, release and share. You have to join and get membership as the memebership here does not work there, but another very good site!! I took the bipolar test and failed; THANKFULLY

I did pass the depression test and OCD test

interesting quizzes there, thanks for the link!

I appear to have moderate anxiety (29) already knew that, lol, with MS how could I NOT be anxious at times?

and a LOT of the questions apply to other things, like the pounding heart (menopause) and the shaking hands and dizziness (MS)

the test that kinda SCARED me was the Bipolar test. (I scored a 31)

25 - 35: Bipolar disorder likely

my sister was diagnosed BP last month, and it runs in my family.

some of my behaviours BOTHER me, but I tried to answer honestly, even conservatively...

I scored higher than that! Explains why the doctor has me on zanax and wants me to take it daily even though I don't.

Seriously, I am hyper anyway so this is no surprise. I am like a bouncing energizer bunny at times. Coffee can't touch me.

Well I have Social Anxiety & Panic Disorder and I only scored an 11. I guess this is way we have Dr.'s and we don't self diagnose of selves.
