We got 4 inches of snow this morning. That's the first snow that my neighbor came over and used his snow blower this winter. I guess I shouldn't complain after hearing and reading how some of you have had it bad all winter with every kind of weather there is. I am lucky to have this young couple that now take care of the grounds for me even in the summer he mows the yard. What is really funny is when I was sixteen I used to watch her father when the parents went out. A small world you never know what may happen. This is Sage's first snow and she is having a ball running around. Jappy |

Ah yes we got the ice on top of the snow and all the schools within a 20 mile radius are closed here in the Dayton area.
I like winter best too, but I woke up today verrry stiff. Enough of the cold, already. You people in GA, CA, Texas, Beleze and other points south.....Kiss my grits..

Now, come summer it will be a whole different story. The sweltering heat of 100+ degrees and the hot blazing sun with no trees to shade you will be cause for many "complaints" from me. |

We're in the midst of receiving a foot of snow. After snow we'll get about an inch of sleet.
For decoration, I guess I'm hoping Spring will be here shortly.... Stay warm. Stay dry. Cheers! Niko

we're going into a heat wave ... it was around 21 above at 10 am ... and it's wonderful outside glistening on all the snow ... and it's melting!!
the sun is shining - the sky is blue ... and it's a good day!!
