LOL. My hubby does the same thing when he gets something new. He'll get tired of it soon.

Hope the new car works out.

I am soooo jealous. I desperately wish I could afford to trade in my Toyota Sienna on the Highlander Hybrid. Enjoy the new ride.

Oh, I was posting a long reply to you and my internet crashed.

Anyway I was posting to say that I miss my Sienna, we out grown it about 5 years ago.

DH has been talking about buying me a another one tho and keeping the big van (Dodge Sprinter) for when we ALL need to go some where. The Sienna is big enough to set me and all the kids and I can use it for every day running around.

The Sprinter is 22 feet long and parking it is like trying to dock a boat sometimes.

You can see how big it is, this is all 7 kids next to it. (very bad pic done with my phone)

OMG Julie! Looks like a school bus!!! Had that barefoot and pregnant thing going on for years straight it looks like!! (I'm kidding!!!!) HUGS!!!!!

Now me? My babies that go for a ride are just my two dogs now....so I have 4x4 Chevy Silverado P/U with four doors. The back seats lay down so they have like a playpen AND a CD player for movies Talk about spoiled animals!!

I know about going green, but when you live in the frozen north....gas, oil and 4 wheel drive with lots of weight....is the ONLY way to go. Safty First!

LOL, The 1st day of school last year I go to pick up the kids in my "boat" and a teacher came over and told me all the day care bus/vans picked up kids on the other side of the building.

DH likes to joke that he liked to keep me bare foot and pregnant

Hope you grow to love your Highlander hybrid, and the lower fuel bill.

We bought a Lexus 400h 21/2 yrs ago (after mortgaging the house to the hilt). I couldn't help but stare at the screen at first to see how many miles per gallon I was getting. Dangerous!

We love the gas mileage we've gotten. The best part of the hybrid is that it doesn't run when you're at a stop light, so you're not using gas or polluting when standing still (I think stop lights are programmed to turn red whenever I approach them, so this comes in real handy for me!

Oh I LOVE the Lexus 400 but I really want the LX (it can set 8) but DH said NO to the price tag so I'm still talking to him about the GX. He's still wanting me to get the Sienna, which I do miss having.
