Holy Moses! I never even thought about this, but I've been having trouble using scissors for the past year or two.

I have gotten used to the idea of scissors (bags) or just handing off to someone else. My doc ordered physical therapy for Carpal Tunnel but insurance.....and well I just never got around to setting it up. Maybe a good idea? But again - no pain..... What do ya'll think?

Default CTS Cures

A friend of mine had CTS and she saw a chiropractor who gave the a book and she just did what the book said and a day later cancelled his surgery. Wrist pain gone. Carpal Tunnel Cure. Some simple carpal tunnel exercises and the pain disappeared. Chiropractors for me any time. Unfortunately, my wife had the surgery and it looks like she is going to have to resort the my friend the chiropactor. *edit*.

This was [is] painful!

When I was at PT on Saturday, something the therapist mentioned and bing a little light bulb came on in my ever so slow brain ......carpal tunnel.

I see my neuro next week so I will have him evaluate and then get the PCM to put in an ortho consult.
Meanwhile, I dug out the old brace and am wearing it and it seems to be helping....so I haven't completely lost my diagnostic skills!!!

I have had a carpal tunnel release on my left hand so I know it is not too painful but my concern is how can I doing much of anything while my good hand is rehabing??

Going to be an interesting spring around here!!

Carpal tunnel affects your thumb, pointer finger, half of your middle finger. Cubital tunnel affects the other side of the middle finger, the ring and pinkie. Cubital is caused by compression of the ulner nerve in your elbow.
