Unhappy DH thinks all this is in my head (so to speak).

Last night DH and I were talking and I had said that I haven't had a panic attack in over 4 months (I use to have them daily and I take GABA and it's helped SO much) anyway DH said "That's good but you know I think your body feels the need to react some how and it's choosing the numbness now". I asked what he was really saying (like I didn't know) he goes on about how my body was use to to having the panic attacks and still had the need to react some how and he thought my legs being partly numbness for 10 weeks straight was the way my body was reacting now.

Little bit of history, I was always shy but than 10 years ago started having panic attacks. Tried therapy, meds when I wasn't pregnant. Than just learned how to deal with them. About a year or so ago I tried GABA and the panic attacks almost stopped and my mood was even better. I really don't even feel I have anxiety any more, I do have a bit of shyness if I'm alone in a new place tho but still don't have a full panic like I use to.

Just incase someone doesn't understand the real differences between "anxiety" and "social anxiety" I posted some info in my profile.
