Ya know, if its not one thing, its another! I'm so sorry you both have to endure this. The things that life is throwing ALL of us lately is just too much sometimes. Kick us when we're down huh?

I'm going to go count my blessings and see if I can't find a reason to be happy. There must be light at the end of the tunnel aye?

I WON'T use one of those "hated" phrases today...just empty words!

BUT: Sending some good vibes your way and pray the days ahead improve and an unexpected good comes from all the suffering.

Maybe it's just my overactive imagination, but 2008 has not been a stellar year for most of us so far..I'm so sorry this has all happened to you guys. I keep thinking it can only get better from here..Right? Right..You're always in my thoughts and prayers!

No, 2008 hasn't been the greatest for a lot of us - and Baxter I hope things improve for you - and soon. Like someone else said seems like being kicked when you're already down.

I can't believe my life.

Without going into details. My idiot neighbor assaulted me in my backyard with a golf club this evening. He hit the outside of my right leg near my knee. It's very swollen. I'm going in the morning to the doctor. They'll probably xray it to make sure nothing is broken.

I've lived in our neighborhood for over 10 years. It's a small quiet neighborhood. Mostly families and older couples.

I've had problems with this idiot since they moved in a few years ago.

The cops hauled him away in handcuffs. Hopefully he'll at least spend tonight in jail. I'm going on Monday and get a restraining order against him.

Wonder what the judge and jury are going to say about a guy who assaults an unarmed woman who has MS with a golf club?

I'm beyond done...

OMG Baxter - why in the world would he hit you with a golf club!!?? He DOES sound like an idiot - was he drunk?

Please be careful - people who resort to violence in any situation are, in my opinion, ticking timebombs.

You've had enough drama - it's time for a break.....I hope you get one soon.

ARGH! Psycho neighbors can be a nightmare. Please be careful like Kelly said. Let us know how the doctor visit goes, okay?

Oh my gosh! That's just insane! Hopefully, if you press charges he'll get sent away for some thinking time.

Have you checked the national registries for his name? He may have more of a past than you know and it could help your case. Don't take any carp from him!

I hope nothing's broken, you sure don't need that.
