Smile Hello Good People!

I just wanted to stop by real quick to say hi and that I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Yesterday was awful for me..lots of sx's acting up. I feel better today, but still dealing with the sx craziness. Too many different ones all at once! I'm gonna see how it goes til Monday then if not better I'll call the neuro.

I know I've got some posts and PM's to reply to but right now I gotta nap! Dh and I left this morning about 5:30 and spent about 6 hours down at the Texas City Dike. It was so freakin' windy! lol But I really enjoyed it.

Dh was able to get the car so that I didn't have to get out and walk to take pictures. It was great! I just finished putting 939 pictures from my camera onto the computer. LOL And I didn't get out of the car to take a one of them! I went through them and narrowed it down to 612 and I'll do it all over again until I have the ones I am certain I want to keep. Hopefully I'll get some of them onto my photo album site before Friday. (I leave Saturday for TN for 2 weeks and won't have much access to a computer)

Ok so my quick stop by say hi turned into a short story. LOL I'm gonna nap and will try to be back later tonight.

Suzyqz

You must be exhausted from taking nearly 1,000 pix, even if you were sitting.

I hope you enjoyed your nap I'm heading towards my 2nd one today.

What is the Texas City Dike and why did you go see it? Is it in Texas? This inquiring mind wants to know.

Sounds like a dandy day, Suz. Geez, on my longest adventure I only took 2500 pics and a lot of them were awful! I'm a fan of the roofcam, myself, I almost never get out of the car just to take a pic (which explains why 80% are really bad).

Get some rest and enjoy your trip to TN!

If memory serves, it's a manmade dike that extends out into Galveston Bay in Houston, TX. It's about 3-4 miles long and people fish from it.
