Frown For Everyone Please Read

I feel like such a terrible friend. I come here asking for opinions and prayers and to offer support and to just enjoy the posts then all of a sudden I disappear without saying anything, leaving posts and IM's unanswered.

This last week, especially the last few days have been so freakin' weird. I have felt awful and as though I'm in my own little world, and I'm not really myself. There are so many things that I plan on doing but I just don't get to them, or worse yet, I plain forget about them. Maybe the 2 weeks in the TN countryside will give me a chance to re-group and to find my right attitude again.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate being able to come here and I am sorry if I have made it seem as though I may have...I don't know..."taken advantage of" this board. I do not mean to post and run. You all have been so wonderful and I feel at home here and I love y'all.

Can you forgive me?

Oh yeah I have a new myspace page, link is on the profile, I'd love for y'all to take a look at it!

My dear "post card friend".

Don't you ever feel that you've let the team down. No-one said you have to check in every day when you joined this site!

Not one member here would have reason to think you took advantage of them.......I know! I'm a woman!

Don't think like this Suzyq, I'm just grateful you found time to pop in and say Hi anyway, and I'm darn sure others will feel the same.

Have a wonderful time in TN, but don't forget we want details!

OK.....Now tell an Aussie what TN means please....

Thank you so much! I'm tellin' ya I've been in a funky weird place lately and I don't like it! My moods have been all over the place and I've been having an overwhelming feeling that I've let a lot of people down. Not just here but dh and my family as well. But I know it will get better...just a small bump in the road.

TN is Tennessee where I used to live. I'm going to visit my family and friends there.

This is where I live now...Houston Texas about 3 million population

And this is where I'm going...I used to live here, the first picture is my backyard one foggy morning (my mom still lives there) the second is the road that goes up to my church.
Pulaski Tennessee population about 10,000

So you can see why I'm looking forward to this trip and why I'm thinking it will help me get sorted out and to feeling more like myself.

Here's my very special cure for pity parties....which I indulge in from time to time myself....

I think you're giving yourself too big of a hard time here Suzy. Sounds like you're in the middle of stuff and blaming yourself for just about everything that's happening around you. I would like you to STOP this instant......please

Friends will forgive just about everything, and don't forget that's what we are on this site.....we're all friends!

Thank you for those pictures. The bottom ones are so lovely they make me want to come visit with you.

Hugs Suzy.....

I forgot to ask has Houston really got that many people?? I don't think we have that many in our whole county....

10,000 sounds much more to my liking. That's more like our cities here, but I've always preferred large
country towns myself. Much more my cup of tea!

Yeah I think that not feeling good and dealing with MS crap has put me right in the middle of one heck of a pity party! But I won't let it last long! I don't like being like this!

Here is a good Houston link for you to go to if you want, it's got some interesting facts and pictures. http://www.visithoustontexas.com/med...ton_statistics

Houston area has 4.7 million people. I don't know if it's caught up with Detroit or Philly yet but it's close. Land wise it's a very large area, so it doesn't seem too crowded in alot of places. The highways are a joke - we have some 20 lane plus roads here.

lol yep Tom, those roads are crazy in Houston.

A few years back we went to a family reunion in Houston. We were following the inlaws and they kept missing our exit. OMG, I was freaking out. WAY too much traffic for me.

Before it was all said and done, I was digging for Ativan.
Definately not the place for me.
