We had sping last Saturday...the wind blowing today...in the 50's, today I think we are having spring!! Wahoo!!

We got three inches of snow on Tuesday...

In Utah you can have snow rain and sunshine all within a few hours...

Spring has Sprung....even in the Mojave Desert.

Here is what my biologists just sent to me from our new project site. It may not look like much, but it is actually nice and warm there.

I love Spring. It's supposed to be sunny and 74 here in Georgia. Next week it's going to be in the 80's. I have issues with the heat but if it could stay just like this year round (minus the pollen) that would be perfect!

My Dad (so silly) used to have this little saying for Spring: "Spring has sprung, the grass has riz and I'm wonderin' where them daisies is". He'd recite it each year as though none of us had ever heard it before!! I'd love to hear it again.....

LOL!!! They are GONE
You know we use dog sleds to get around town too

But seriously: We have just about every fast food, Wal-Mart, Chili's, Red Robin, Home Depot, Lowes...all the big brand stores now. They were NOT here when I moved here just 15 years ago (except some fast foods).

I just found out that a new road close to my house that opened last year is going to have a huge new TARGET!! They are also putting in a Fred Myers so I won't have to drive so far for groceries. We also got Old Navy and The Gap a few years ago. Every company that comes here finds that these stores become their highest volume stores...we are hungry here to catch up with the lower 48.
