Default Moving to Central Washington need nuero

Hey all,
Been away awhile but...still undiagnosed at this point and moving to the Yakima Washington area. My big problem is I know of no good nuero and decided to ask you all if you know of anyone? I will miss kaiser ( i know either you love them or hate them).
Any thoughts?
