Frown Leaving again and my mom

My youngest son and I are flying to Pittsburgh again tomorrow afternoon. My mom is in hospice care now and has decided to stop all treatments. It is the best decision for her. My son Jake really needs to see his Grandma before she goes. My oldest son, Jesse is staying behind to take care of my dh until my mom's funeral. I just feel numb right now. It still feels like a nightmare that I'm gonna wake up from soon. My dh feels horrible because he can't make the trip. He is just too sick to go. Thanks for all of the support through all of this, you have know idea how much all of you have helped me .
