Default the ongoing saga of my psoriasis

Last time I saw my dermotologist he said that it was time to do phototherapy. So he gave me another ointment and scheduled a 1 month follow up. Or so I thought. I called the office last Friday 'cause I had some questions about the upcoming phototherapy and she read his notes and he had inteneded for me to be receiving it all this last month and this check up this week was to see how I was doing! So I could have been doing this treatment for this whole last month. You know when you hand the paper to the check out desk, you think they know what to do with it. So anyway, I start it Wednesday. Since I don't know what to expect about being under a 'high priced sunlamp' for 2 minutes, I'm going to take along my cooling vest and ice water for after.

What a letdown, Doyd. Sheesh, why is communication so tricky for some people? I hope you'll get some relief from this treatment!
