 Good job, Kelly! I'm a huge advocate of making those calls! Hold your breath now, bundles aren't always the best option. Most of the "deals" expire like yours did and it's buyer beware.Another good way to go is to call directly into the cancellation department, they've kept my com bills at the same amount or lower for the last 5 years. My theory is that as the tech advances, the competition increases and gives me more leverage. Apparently, they see it that way as well. Fight for your right to get it cheaper!!    Quote:

I just read on another thread that there's 4 x $200 prizes, so that's OK, we'll have one each AMN and if we do it again, maybe we'll get two goes at the cash!

I did a similar thing with Verizon. I was going to switch to Vonage and they were able to put me into a different package and by combining my wireless with my landline, they were able to save me the same amount of money and it isn't a bundle promotion that will expire.

Kelly, that's awesome. I love finding out ways to save. A few months ago I did negotiate with my phone/internet provider and was able to save quite a bit. They even gave me a credit for my internet service. YIPEE!!
Now I'm thinking, how much I will save if DD18 moves out!  LOL. j/k
