I'm so glad that Sandy and Jim are here. I'm even gladder that she's not that alphabet soup name anymore. You guys are a real asset...for both caregivers and people who are disabled military - what a wealth of information!

Thank you Greta! If Jim doesn't get his xrays by Monday that we requested three times already, I may have to call the PVA myself to get some fire lit under the VA. I already spoke to the patient rep of the hospital and all was great until one of the people screwing up was a friend of his. I should have known to just bypass the whole administration and go straight to the PVA.
