Some of you know that I have really had a time with DD18. Between illnesses and depression issues related to CFS, she did not complete school this year.
After much discussion between myself, DD18, the counselor, and many family members and friends, I finally agreed to let her take the GED. Right now she is taking the 1st and 2nd part of the writing. The GED is by far harder than getting a high school diploma. You need to know so much more than what is taught in school. Over the next week she will be taking all parts of the GED. If you have a quick moment to spare, please say a quick prayer that she passes all of these tests. Additionally, throw in a quick prayer that she "finds" herself. Thank you all so much! |
