hey Mr Earl .. I've had that 'stabbing' feeling in my hip-area (backside) ... and can't get comfortable on either side that I lay on - unless I have a pillow and have my legs elevated so I can sleep ... otherwise, my legs go numb - can't walk ..

without having xrays done - I was told I had bursitis ... but the funny thing is is that it comes and goes ... more like MS than bursitis ...

my doctor has written an Rx for massage for MS ... but, I didn't have the $$ to get one done ... I learned to relax and keep comfortable the best I can.

hope you feel better!
