Default Alzheimer's Eye Test

EYE TEST

Count every ' F ' in the following text:

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTI
FIC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS...

When you finish, post your answer and I will come back in a few minutes to give you the answer.

If you have seen it before, please don't spoil it for those of us who are new to it....thanks

(this was originally called the Alzheimers eye test, which is how I got it, I changed the name not to offend anyone)

I counted 6. And no, I've never seen this test before. Even though my Mom and sister both had (and died from) Alzheimer's......if it looks like I have it too please don't tell me....

Default And the answer is???

Ok the answer is 6. The brain can not process "of" as an F.

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE 2 on that line
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTI 2 on that line (note the of's)
FIC STUDY COMBINED WITH 1 on that line
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS... 1 on that line
6 total

according to the place I found this, most people guess 3. Cambridge university considers those who guess 6 on the first try to be "Genius" as only 8 % of people do.

For those of you who start reading this post after I post this. hope you enjoy it also.

By the way, I got 3 also when I first tried, our own AMN got all 6, guess we have to let her have the praise of being a genius after all.
