this is the outside of our house. I have it on the front of the folder that has all of the ammenities offered in 'The Kimmel Haus', continental breakfast menu, etc. I also went to Sams and had a post card made of this so he can send a card that says 'wish you were here'.

Don't forget to put drinking glasses with plastic wrap covering them for him next to the sink. And make sure you fold over the last sheet of toilet paper so he knows you've cleaned the bathroom.

And, if you can, see if you can find some "unbreakable" wine glasses for his room and one of the gaudy ice buckets like the hotel rooms have with a plastic bag for ice.

Love the swimming pool! Do you have a sand bucket and shovel?

What a great sister you are!

My brother loved it. He said he didn't know if he was more insulted with the pink housecoat or the dozen or so mints I out on the bed. I also put out a sample of mouthwash for him. He really enjoyed the indoor pool. But he said that he has 2 criterias that have to be met for a great hotel room-a great bed and a hot shower. And I passed with flying colors on both. He goes back home tomorrow. We will enjoy a bruch at Bob Evans before he leaves.

it's all quite lovely and very thoughtful but I have to say my favorite amenity is the stolen Bible!

How great, Doyd, it's such a fun idea and I'm glad he got a kick out of it. The pink housecoat had me a little worried, but at least he's a good sport.

For the future, wouldn't it be nicer to offer some 10-lb. terry robes embroidered with your establishment's name? C'mon, get with the program! Then you'd have an excuse to put the little card on the desk that reads, "Guests are more than welcome to keep our Luxury-Grade Keepsake Bathrobes for an additional $285 that will automatically be billed to you room." Yay! Profit!

Not stolen! Right in the front it always says that you are more than welcome to keep it. Besides, if it puts the Word that much closer to him, then good!

That would be neat if I could actually get some robes embroidered with our name on it! My brother is a preacher and brought his own Bible so I don't even think he looked at the 'stolen' Bible. Now I have to get down there and strip the bed and get it ready for my daughter this weekend. I won't fix it up special for her. It was her old bedroom. If anyone has time, go to trinityclifford.com and you can see my babies. Trinity is the older one and Ellie is the baby. After I saw them in that pool my little 5 ft pool won't even be noticed.
