Sorry about your loss, Kelly. But, glad that it no longer hurts so much. I still grieve and miss my mom. It will be 10 years, next month, that we lost her to a brief battle with cancer. She was too young. Sounds like your Tim was, too.

Hugs to you Kel!

I bet he's watching you right now and he is so proud of who you have become, and the way you picked up and went on and made a life without him being here on earth with you. He will always be with you, because he is in your heart, and he knows.

Wishing you happy memories today.

Hey Kelly. I honestly don't know what to say since I haven't been there. I cherish each day God has given me to hold Jim and love him. We are only each others for a little while and someday we will need to part our ways. I know when he does he will be walking with Jesus and saving a place for me in Heaven, or visa versa if it should be me to go first.

Oh that probably didn't come out right but know I am sending hugs your way.

I think it's wonderful that time is starting to heal some of the rawness and you can find hope and comfort in the memories.

Dear Kelly,

I think the word 'tenderness' says it all; the pain and shock of grief is somehow slowly changed to the tenderness and comfort in your memories. Blessings to you and a warm hug!

It's only been 4.5 years since my DH passed, but I am starting to feel and remember all the good and fun things, too. Like you, I will always miss him, but now, I can smile a little more.

Kelly It is a good sign you're moving in the right direction. I too believe we'll see our loved ones again some day. That's our hope. I'm sure he'd be proud of you. All of us are proud of you!
