Default Visiting Branson Soon

My DH and I decided to get away when my two teenagers are gone to Youth Camp, so we're going to Branson and spending three nights. Anyone have any suggestions on things that are a 'must do' there? We went once before with the kids and spent most of our time at Silver Dollar city, but we don't want to do theme parks since it's just us this time. This time we should be able to do some shows, shopping, etc.(things we would enjoy instead of entertaining the kids!) Any suggestions from those who have visited Branson??

Thanks!
